06 — Team, Systems & AI Operator Layer

A practical layer for delegation, operating logs, SOPs, dashboards, approval gates, and AI assistants that produce action cards instead of noise.

Positioning: Turn the playbook into a working operating layer with owners, SOPs, and AI support.

  1. Owner-to-Operator Handoff
    1. Assign One Owner per Recurring Problem — Give every recurring issue an owner, scoreboard, operating rhythm, and escalation path.
    2. Write SOPs That Actually Run — Create short SOPs with trigger, input, action, output, owner, verification, and exception handling.
    3. Install Approval Gates — Keep reorder, PPC scale, pricing, supplier commitment, and listing-risk decisions gated by owner approval.
  2. AI Operator Console
    1. Brief the AI Inventory Assistant — Define source data, thresholds, ECAF/replenishment rules, stockout risks, and approval requirements before recommendations appear.
    2. Brief the AI PPC Assistant — Give the assistant margin rules, search-term logic, bid-change limits, inventory gates, and output format.
    3. Run the Operating Log and Action Queue — Capture decision, evidence, owner, status, risk if ignored, and verification date so work closes cleanly.
  • A recurring-problem ownership map
  • Short SOPs with verification steps
  • AI assistant briefs with approval gates
