Lessons for SKU Scorecard.

  1. Collect SKU Health Inputs — Review sales velocity, contribution margin, inventory, PPC exposure, refunds, fees, listing health, and review quality for each SKU.
  2. Use Scale / Fix / Harvest / Exit Lanes — Assign every SKU to a clear action lane instead of treating all products as growth candidates.
  3. Apply Clearance and Exit Logic — Route stocked weak SKUs to price reduction, bundles, liquidation, or exit decisions without creating new reorder demand.
